January 28 – February 19, 2008 ~ Mercury Retrograde
Mercury
is Retrograde in the sign of Aquarius from January 28 until it goes Direct on February 19, 2008.
When
planets "go retrograde", it appears and often feels like they go backwards for a time... which is really an illusion,
but there is a noticeable pause that can affect our technology driven world and our pushing and striving forward, especially
in the realms of communication - both in perception and outward expression.
This
particular retrograde cycle is a time for reflecting on your life dreams and your relationship with Spirit... it is a time
for letting go of the things that limit you from your full expression and empowering your higher vision for yourself and the
world. With the Solar Eclipse and Super New Moon also in Aquarius (2/6/08), it is a highly inspired time.
As
with all retrograde cycles, these few weeks support the process of slowing down, for inner reflection, and cleansing
of body, mind and spirit. It is not a time to push forward - it is a time to allow and open yourself up to the Divine.
Prepare
for a rush of energy and inspiration when Mercury goes Direct on February 19. We may all just have collectively
dreamed a new dream - anything is possible - the sky is the limit!
